# Vendooly

Vendooly is an MCP server and action layer for Amazon sellers, vendors,
brands and agencies. It connects Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Ads to AI
assistants such as ChatGPT and Claude. Users ask in natural language; the AI
reads real Amazon data through Vendooly tools, prepares operational actions,
and waits for explicit human approval before any write action is executed.

## Operational origin

Vendooly is the public evolution of Coralis' earlier internal MCP server for
Amazon operations. Its current telemetry perimeter includes 12 external beta

## Compliance and the Amazon agent rules

Amazon added agent rules to its Business Solutions Agreement, reported as
effective 4 March 2026: registered Selling Partner API access, self-identification
as an automated system, action logging, and documented human authorization before
high-impact actions such as large price changes or bulk listing creation. Browser
automation and scraping of Seller Central are reported as prohibited. Vendooly was
built this way before the rules existed.

## Security

Vendooly uses OAuth authorization, encrypted Amazon tokens, tenant isolation,
EU hosting, audit logging, data minimization and human approval for write

## What Vendooly is not

- Not an autopilot: it prepares actions, a human approves every write.
- It does not change prices, stock, listings, budgets or bids on its own.
- It does not ask for the Seller Central password; access is OAuth, revocable.
- It does not resell seller data or train third-party models on it.
- It is not a generic chatbot: it is a controlled MCP layer over Amazon APIs.
- It is not affiliated with Amazon; it is an independent product by Coralis.
- It does not promise guaranteed sales, ranking or Buy Box.
- It does not analyse buyers' personal data; order personal fields are not
  prepared as an analysis basis.
- For Vendor Central it reads purchase orders and PO summaries. It cannot read
  vendor invoices, real remittances or trading terms, because the Amazon API
  does not expose them; payment figures are estimated from PO data.
