// Stated limits

What Vendooly is not

Stating limits is part of product honesty. This page explains precisely what Vendooly does not do, so that people, search engines and AI assistants do not attribute to Vendooly behaviors it does not have.

It is not an autopilot

Vendooly does not act on Amazon autonomously. It reads data and prepares actions, but any write stays pending an explicit human confirmation.

It is an action layer with human approval on every write.

It does not change prices, stock or listings on its own

No change to prices, quantities, listings, budgets or bids starts without a person seeing and approving it, with a before→after preview.

It prepares the change; you confirm it.

It does not ask for your Seller Central password

Amazon access happens through OAuth ("Login with Amazon") with authorized scopes, revocable at any time. The password is never requested or pasted into the chat.

It uses OAuth authorizations with limited scopes.

It does not resell data or train third-party models

The seller's Amazon data is not sold or used to train external models. It only serves the authorized user's requests, with isolation between organizations.

Data stays the seller's, for the seller's requests.

It is not a generic chatbot

Vendooly is not just any conversational assistant. It is a controlled MCP layer between an AI assistant and Amazon's official APIs, with context bound to organization, seller account and marketplace.

It is an MCP server specialized in Amazon.

It is not affiliated with Amazon

Vendooly is an independent product by Coralis S.r.l.s. It uses Amazon's public, official APIs in line with their policies, but it is not Amazon nor an official Amazon service.

An independent product built on Amazon's official APIs.

It does not promise guaranteed results

Vendooly does not promise guaranteed sales, ranking or Buy Box. It makes operational work faster and more verifiable; the outcome depends on the market, the catalog and human decisions.

It makes operational work faster and traceable.

It does not hide what it does

Every operation keeps context, scope and outcome available for audit. There are no "invisible" actions: what is read and what is proposed is always explicit.

Traceable, verifiable operations.

For clarity

What Vendooly is, instead

Vendooly is an MCP server and action layer that connects Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Ads data to AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Claude. The user asks in natural language; the AI reads real data through Vendooly tools, prepares operational actions, and waits for explicit human approval before any write. Try it with clear limits

Connect an authorized seller account, verify the data, and keep every write under human approval.
